Refund terms

We aim for transparent service terms. The rules below explain when refunds may be available.

1. When refunds are available

  • If platform access was not provided due to our error.
  • If the service period has not started and you request a cancellation.
  • Other cases are handled at our discretion.

2. How to request a refund

Email admin@stonecastleproductions.technology with your account details and reason for the request.

3. Processing times

Refund requests are reviewed within 10 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. Exceptions

If substantial service access has been used, refunds may be partial or unavailable.
